My professional interest is in medicine, molecular and cellular biology; microbiology, chemistry and biochemistry. My laboratory experience includes PCR, cDNA cloning, gas and liquid chromatography, automated DNA sequencing and genotyping;  protein sequencing;  protein and radioactive assays, gel electrophoresis, western blotting, spectrophotometry; centrifugation and other related techniques.
