Effective March 1, 2007 ... We are happy to announce the birth of our new web portal that lets you place
your oligonucleotide orders directly with Integrated DNA Technologies. The portal
eliminates local processing, thereby shortening turn-around times and making the ordering
easier for our users.
The new system requires a one time registration of users accessing this site. Before you
place your first order, please contact us at biotech@hawaii.edu
or call 956-6718 for your user ID, password and web portal address. We need to have your
name, e-mail address, phone number, and your PI´s name (if applicable) on record. Only
the accounts created through us will be kept on the portal, and your account information
will be e-mailed to you.
Current methods of placing oligo orders (such as via our laboratory web site, e-mail, or
fax) will be discontinued.
Please note that all orders will be delivered to Biotech Core at Gilmore Hall 411 as
before and can be picked up from there. Our laboratory personnel will notify you when the
oligos have arrived. There will be no changes in the billing process.
